The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority announces that the Winter Shelter operated by Home at Last, with SSG HOPICS, is now open and located at 2514 W. Vernon Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90008. This shelter is reserved for TAY (transitional age youth 18-24).
