The "I Know" program (dontthinkknow.org) is a service of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, promoted in partnership with WeCanStopSTDsLA. “I Know” offers confidential, accurate, and FREE home testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea, the two most common reportable STIs. The test is available for women and trans men, and anyone with a vagina (the test uses a vaginal swab), ages 12-24, who live in LA County. Chlamydia and gonorrhea affect thousands of women in LAC every year, and can cause serious complications if not treated.  The good news is these STIs are curable!
