Judith Williams is the Global Head of Diversity at Dropbox, where she leads all diversity and inclusion programs, as well as corporate social responsibility. Prior to Dropbox, Judith Williams was Diversity Programs Manager at Google where she directed the unconscious bias work stream, and built strategies for recruiting, retention, and advancement of Google's technical employees.

Erika Green Swafford is one of the writers on the show The Mentalist and also serves as co-producer of the show. Notably, she is the producer and writer for ABC's How to Get Away with Murder.
